- 50 youth and families enrolled in case management services
- 172 gang related youth engaged in outreach services through evidence-based outreach work
- 215 gang related youth engaged in weekly positive personal development activities
- 68 gang related youth engaged in temporary or permanent employment opportunities
- 30 successful gang mediations conducted over the course of 6 months that resulted in an increase sense of public safety for community residents
- 40 gang related youth reported improving in school academic performance
- 93 gang related youth did not commit an illegal offense nor were arrested for offenses over the course of 6 months
- 68 gang related youth reported feeling decrease in hostility and aggressive behavior
